Microblading
Microblading is the precise and intricate technique of tattooing realistic eyebrow hair strokes one by one to create the illusion of fullness. This technique is suitable for normal to dry skin types, with thin hair and typically a fuller brow.
Microblading alone is not suitable for combination skin, oily skin, and mature skin. Please note that if you have previously tattooed brows, we require a consultation prior to booking.
Powder Brows
Powder Brows is a technique for everyone. Powder brows can offer a very soft look or a bold look, depending on your brow goals. This technique offers a similar look to daily makeup done with a brow pencil or shadow.
This technique is suitable for all skin types and ages, and is the least invasive of all brow techniques. Please note that if you have previously tattooed brows, we require a consultation prior to booking.
Hybrid Brows
Hybrid Powder Brows combine a few strokes in the front of your brow and soft powder throughout the rest. Basically, some front fluffiness with the rest of your brow being filled in and defined.
Hybrid Powder Brows are suitable for almost all skin types. Not recommended for mature skin. Please note that if you have previously tattooed brows, we require a consultation prior to booking.
Combination Brows
Combination Brows are a combination of Microblading and Powder Brows. When creating combo brows we combine microblading for natural hair strokes, and machine work.
Combination Brows are suitable for normal, dry, and slightly oily skin types. Not recommended for mature skin. Please note that if you have previously tattooed brows, we require a consultation prior to booking.
Nano Brows
Nano Brows are a form of cosmetic tattooing that is done with a "Nano" needle and a PMU machine/device. Device hair strokes provide an ultra-realistic effect; it creates the illusion of texture, depth, and movement. Soft shading can also be easily layered to mimic density, creating the illusion of fuller brows.
Most skin types are suitable for device hair stroke and shading work. Not suitable for thin, mature skin or thick oily skin. Please note that if you have previously tattooed brows, we require a consultation prior to booking.

Lip Enhancement Services
Lip blush isn't about making your lips look done. It's about making them look like yours, just more so.
We mix a custom color for every client based on your skin tone, undertones, and existing lip shade, then layer it in with a soft gradient technique that adds shape, definition, and a natural flush. No harsh outlines. No lipstick-on-the-face energy. Just lips that look naturally full and alive, even when you're wearing nothing at all.

Lip Blush is a beautiful, natural, and soft (no harsh outlines) cosmetic tattoo technique for your lips. Lip Blush is just a subtle blush of color to define, shape, and make your lips look naturally plump and flushed! Custom color is mixed for each and every client based on their skin color, undertones, and existing lip shade.
Please note that we currently only offer Light Lip Neutralization. Melanin Rich Lip Neutralization will be offered shortly, or we can recommend another studio. If you are unsure, book a consultation; we would love to discuss your options with you!

Eye Enhancement Services
The most subtle service we offer, and often the most transformative.
Lash line enhancement adds a whisper-thin line between your lashes that makes your eyes look more defined, your lashes fuller, and your whole face more awake, without any visible liner. Classic liner is a step up: more evident, slightly on the lid, available in thin, medium, or thick depending on how much definition you want.
Either way, you'll stop reaching for your eyeliner pen.
Touch-up is not included in the service price.

Lash line enhancement is a form of permanent makeup applied to create the illusion of a fuller and thicker lash line. We create a very thin, delicate line between the lashes, giving the lash line and eyes some definition. Classic liner is more evident and goes just slightly onto the eyelid. Classic liner can be done in different thicknesses (thin, medium, or thick) depending on the desired end result.

Beauty Marks + Freckles
Sun-kissed, signature, or somewhere in between: tattooed freckles and beauty marks are one of the most personal things we do.
Placement, size, density, and shape are fully custom. Whether you want a soft scatter across your nose and cheeks or a single perfectly placed beauty mark, your artist will design it around your features so it looks like it was always there.

What happens during a cosmetic tattoo session?
Every cosmetic tattoo session at Altered Aesthetics follows the same rhythm: a short consultation, a custom design, numbing, the actual tattooing, and a full aftercare review before you leave. Here's how it goes.
We start with a conversation.
Before anything touches your face, we talk through what you're looking for, what'll work best for your skin type, and what to realistically expect from the healed result.
Then we map your design.
For brows, that means a full mapping process built around your bone structure, natural hair growth, and desired shape, and you approve every step before we start. For lips, we map based on your natural lip shape and any subtle improvements we can make.
You get numbed.
We apply topical numbing and let it work for 20–30 minutes. Most clients are surprised by how comfortable the process is.
The tattooing begins.
Depending on the service, this takes anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours. Your artist works methodically and checks in with you throughout.
You see your results.
We show you your new brows, eyes, or lips, take photos, and walk you through your aftercare kit so you know exactly how to protect your investment.
You book your perfecting session.
Most services include a touch-up 6–10 weeks out. This is where we refine, adjust color, and lock in the final result.
